My home base is Lilliwaup, which puts me right in the middle of the Southern Hood Canal corridor. From there I run routes south on Highway 101 to the Shelton area and into the Hoodsport and Lake Cushman communities, and north through Lilliwaup and Brinnon. I also follow Highway 106 east through Union and into Belfair and the surrounding communities.

Do I need to be home on service days?
No. Most of my vacation-property clients are never on-site during visits. A gate code or an unlocked yard is all I need. You'll get a confirmation text when it's done.
Can you work around my rental calendar?
Yes. For pet-friendly rentals, we can time cleanups around your guest turnover dates so every new arrival steps into a clean yard. Just share your calendar and we'll figure out a rhythm.
What if I want to pause service in the off-season?
No problem. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Pause when the property sits empty and restart when the season picks back up.
